Dr. Kaveh Ehsani

Kaveh Ehsani is an Assistant Professor of International Studies at DePaul University in Chicago. He is a contributing editor of Middle East Report (MERIP) in Washington DC and a co-editor of the Goftogu Quarterly in Iran . Currently he is completing a book titled The Social Life of Oil: Abadan and Urban Modernity in Contemporary Iran. He has written extensively about social change, public culture, and urban life in contemporary Iran.
